2018年我校在GALE平台新增加了三十多个子库♟，如🐽：Nineteenth Century Collections Online（十九世纪作品在线）🛂，The Making of Modern World（现代世界形成）👩🏼✈️，China from Empire to Republic（中国从帝制到共和 (Part I & II) ），Smithsonian Collections Online（史密森学会在线典藏）😖，Crime, Punishment and Popular Culture, 1790-1920（犯罪、惩罚和流行文化，1790-1920），State Papers Online（英国政府档案在线）🐠，American Fiction, 1774-1920（美国小说），British Literary Manuscripts Online（英国文学手稿在线）等。
Gale 平台上的数据库收录很多原始档案一次文献👨🏿💼，为用户呈现跨越了全球500 年历史的1.7亿页珍稀原始资源文献，收录了来自大英杏耀娱乐招商、美国国会杏耀娱乐招商、苏格兰国家杏耀娱乐招商👨🏿🦳、爱尔兰国家杏耀娱乐招商、美国国家档案馆👄、英国国家档案馆、哈佛大学、耶鲁大学🫶🏽、牛津大学🔜、剑桥大学🧑🏼🦳、哥伦比亚大学、约克大学杏耀娱乐招商等全球领先杏耀娱乐招商的海量图书、报纸和期刊以及地图☝🏽、图片和照片等多媒体资源🫅🏽。
Gale 平台上的海量原始档案资源可以通过Gale Primary Sources 的平台进行跨库全文检索，该平台还提供了先进的文本分析和数据可视化工具，帮助用户以全新的方式和途径分析信息。高质量的元数据可供研究人员进行数据和文本挖掘♏️，通过计算机分析识别实体、关系及行为，在不同的数据类型之间得出新的结论，开展数字人文的研究。
